On September 30^th, we gathered with pride under the national flag to celebrate the 75^th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, embracing the theme “Love Our Country, Love Hong Kong, Love Our Community.” The event was marked by an inspiring speech that resonated with the values of unity, patriotism, and community spirit.

The ceremony commenced with the solemn raising of the national flag, symbolizing our shared identity and pride. Mr. Lui, our principal, emphasized the importance of fostering a love for our country and Hong Kong, urging everyone to embrace their role as responsible citizens who contribute positively to society.

In his address, Mr. Lui reflected on the remarkable journey of our nation over the past 75 years, highlighting significant milestones in development, social progress, and the resilience of the Chinese people. He placed a strong emphasis on the need for national education to cultivate awareness and respect for our history, culture, and the principles that guide our nation’s development.

Following the speech, a series of engaging activities were organized to further promote national education, including Chinese Culture Week, video presentations, a Basic Law online competition, and a mainland study tour.
