We are pleased to announce the remarkable achievements of our students in the PolyU SCIENCE Young Talents Competition 2025, an esteemed event dedicated to fostering the next generation of scientists. This competition is designed to assess participants’ theoretical knowledge and provide them with practical laboratory experience, allowing them to explore their scientific interests and gain exposure to advanced research facilities at PolyU.

Out of 170 participating schools, each school was permitted to nominate a maximum of two teams. We are proud to report that both of our teams ranked among the top 40 teams in the preliminary round, advancing to the final round.

We are delighted to announce that our First Team secured the First Runner-Up position in the final round, earning a cash prize of HK$10,000. Furthermore, they will have the prestigious opportunity to intern with our distinguished professors during the summer of 2025.
