榮獲「國際初中科學奧林匹克2023」團體賽全港第四名及囊括個人賽多個獎項

本校每年會安排對數理科有興趣的中二學生，在校接受為期一年培訓課程。表現出色的學生會代表學校參加「國際初中科學奧林匹克」香港選拔賽。
今年本校派出6位同學參加「國際初中科學奧林匹克2023」，全隊成員均在比賽中獲得輝煌成績。是次香港選拔賽是由教育局、香港資優教育學苑及香港數理教育學會聯合主辦，旨在識別有科學天賦的初中學生，參加進階科學知識培訓課程，而獲得一等及二等奬的學生會獲邀參加本地大學所舉辦的奧林匹克訓練課程，將有機會代表香港參加「第二十屆國際初中科學奧林匹克」。
是次比賽全港共有587名學生參加，我校有兩位同學獲得只有25名學生能取得的最高榮譽(一等獎)，成績斐然，得獎名單如下：
