Sports Teams Honoured by Generous Alumnus Donor, Dr LEUNG Tak-chi

Last Saturday was a wonderful occasion, celebrating our team spirit and the incredible generosity of our distinguished alumnus, Dr LEUNG Tak-chi.
We were privileged to host Dr Leung, a proud alumnus of PLKC, who made a generous donation to our sports development programme. Dr Leung’s contribution will equip our school sports teams with new and iconic “smart jackets.” This athletic wear will give our student-athletes a new level of confidence as they represent our school in interschool competitions.
Dr Leung’s visit coincided with a festive gathering that served as an inspiring kick-off for our upcoming sports season. We extend our most profound gratitude to Dr LEUNG Tak-chi for his visionary support.
This successful gathering was only possible through the dedication of our staff. A special thank you to Mr Wong CC and Ms Cheung YM for coordinating our student-athletes, and to all our teacher coaches—including Ms Chan IK, Mr Chan KF, and Mr Luk CH—for their unwavering dedication to mentoring our teams. My appreciation also goes to Ms Wong WY for organising this meaningful event and to Ms Mok KL for managing the donation and administrative procedures.
We are incredibly proud of our teams and look forward to seeing them excel with renewed spirit and pride in their new jackets.

On 27 September 2024, our school had the privilege of hosting an enlightening talk on “The Government’s work on improving district governance,” delivered by Miss Alice Mak, SBS, JP, Secretary for Home and Youth Affairs, and accompanied by Mr. Michael Kwan Ke Lin, JP, District Officer of Tuen Mun. The event aimed to raise students' awareness about the importance of effective governance at the district level and its impact on their communities.
Choir Performance in the Joint School Flag-Raising Ceremony
