We are delighted to report on the success of our 2025 Homecoming Day! It was a truly memorable occasion, filled with joy, nostalgia, and a wonderful spirit of PLKC as alumni and retired teachers came together to celebrate our school’s enduring legacy.

Alumni Association Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025

The day commenced with the Alumni Association’s Annual General Meeting. Members convened to review the financial report and the activities held over the past year, ensuring transparency and setting a strong course for future alumni engagement.

Sports Teams Honoured by Generous Alumnus Donor, Dr LEUNG Tak-chi

We were privileged to host Dr Leung, a proud alumnus of PLKC, who made a generous donation to our sports development programme. Dr Leung’s contribution will equip our school sports teams with new and iconic “smart jackets.” This athletic wear will give our student-athletes a new level of confidence as they represent our school in interschool competitions. To express our heartfelt gratitude, around 100 students from various sports teams came together for a special photo-taking session with Dr. Leung.

Reconnecting and Exploring the Campus

Following the AGM and the photo-taking session, a special tour led by our Principal Louis LUI Hang-sum was conducted. The Principal kindly guided our alumni through the campus, showcasing the recent developments and renovations of the school building, giving everyone a glimpse into the progress being made over the past few years.

A Night of Generosity: The Grand Dinner Session

The celebration culminated in a fantastic Homecoming Dinner Session. We were delighted to host around 70 participants, representing a wide range of graduation years, proving that the bond of PLKC spans the decades!

The highlight of the evening was the special cheque donation session. We extend our profound gratitude to two exceptional alumni for their incredible commitment to the school’s future:

• Dr. WONG Chun-kit presented a cheque for $50,000. We also acknowledge Dr. WONG’s outstanding history of support, as this latest contribution brings his total donations over the past few years to an astounding $350,000.
• Mr. LUI Siu-hang generously donated $150,000. This substantial contribution reflects Mr. LUI’s dedication to enhancing the school’s facilities and academic resources.

We extend our deepest gratitude to the Alumni Association, our teachers and staff whose efforts made this day possible.
