Senior form Geography Field Trip to East Dam

Visiting the East Dam, students enjoyed the spectacular hexagonal volcanic rock columns and the dramatic sea cave. The trip provided a firsthand look at Hong Kong’s volcanic history and the impressive engineering of the reservoir’s breakwater, perfectly blending geological science with environmental appreciation. The visit to the Lions Nature Education Center also allowed our students to appreciate the power of the nature through a series of 3D miniatures and rocks samples.
