Debaters shine in regional debating tournaments

Our English Debating Team has achieved remarkable success in recent regional competitions, a testament to their dedication and pursuit of excellence.
Guangdong Debate Challenge 2026 (31 January – 2 February 2026)
Demonstrating strong adaptability and teamwork across five preliminary rounds, our debaters crafted compelling arguments on a wide range of motions. 5A Yuen Wing Yin, 4D Wang Junhao Allen and 4D Lin Lisa made it to the semifinals (School Category).
7th International Parliamentary Debate Competition 2026 (28 February – 1 March 2026)
Competing in three challenging preliminary rounds in this online tournament, our students impressed adjudicators with well‑structured cases and effective strategic responses. 5A Li Yin Tung and 5B Cheung Wing Chi finished as finalists (Age 17–18 Category). Additionally, 5A Yuen Wing Yin, alongside Li Yin Tung and Cheung Wing Chi, were ranked among the Top 5 Speakers in the same category.

中文辯論隊勇奪「星島第41屆全港校際辯論比賽」季軍

經過六輪戰況激烈的比賽，中文辯論隊從「星島第四十一屆全港校際辯論比賽」中，榮獲一枚季軍寶座。 曾參與比賽的同學包括3A謝謍、3B林芯悅、4B徐楗朗、4B馬沛琳、5A謝曉婷。 當中，馬沛琳同學及謝曉婷同學更數次奪得最佳辯論員，以及最佳交互問答辯論員殊榮。
