In 2024, students from Po Leung Kuk Centenary Li Shiu Chung Memorial College have distinguished themselves with impressive performances in various physics competitions. Their hard work, dedication, and passion for science have earned them prestigious accolades, contributing to the school’s reputation for academic excellence.

In the Hong Kong Physics Olympiad 2024, our school was honored with the Best Schools Award (Third Place), a remarkable achievement. The following students received individual awards:

• LAI Yat-long (4D) and FONG Lok-man (4D): First Honour
• XIAO Yu-xuan (4B) and XU Benny (4C): Second Honour
• DING Philips (4B) and ZOU Yu-fung (4C): Third Honour
• CHEN Yat-wang (4B) and ZHONG Jun-zhe (4B): Honourable Mention

In the Sing Yin Physics Olympiad 2023-2024, XU Benny (4C) claimed the title of 1st Runner-Up, while LAI Yat-long (4D), FONG Lok-man (4D), and XIAO Yu-xuan (4B) received Merit awards for their commendable efforts.

Additionally, in the 2024 泛珠力學基礎試, XU Benny (4C) was awarded the Third Prize (三等獎), further showcasing his consistent excellence in physics.
